Terms of service

The purchase process:

After placing an order on the site,  you will receive a confirmation  email about your purchase. If you would like an invoice for financial settlement, you can request this by emailing accessories@delikates.ro, sending the necessary invoicing data.

We will hand over the purchased product to the courier within 1-10 days of placing the order (depending on stock). Our products are continuously created in our workshop, so it may take a few days for the product you ordered to be made.  From this moment on, the delivery time depends on the courier service, we do not assume any further responsibility for the delivery process.

For orders from Romania, the courier will send you a tracking number via SMS, which you can use to track the status of your shipment. We ship our products in a padded envelope or cardboard box. In Romania and Hungary, we work with the DPD courier service. If you would like to choose a different courier service, please notify us by email and in the last step of the order, select the option Personal pickup from our workshop, then ask the service provider of your choice to pick up the package from our workshop. For domestic (Romanian) addresses, the delivery time (after we have handed over the order to the courier) is expected to be 24 hours, for Hungarian addresses approximately 3 days. For other foreign addresses, our products are delivered by the Romanian Post. In the European Union, the shipment will arrive at the specified address in approx. 7 working days, and in the case of addresses outside Europe, in approx. 1 month. The cost of delivery varies depending on the payment method and the shipping prices of the destination country. You will see the relevant information in the last phase of the purchase process. If your package does not arrive within 1-2 working days after posting, please inquire with the courier service about the shipment.

Privacy Policy

Product warranty:

The Delikates bag or jacket is guaranteed for 6 months from the moment of purchase. This means the following: If you discover  a material or sewing defect in your bag during this period, you can return the product and we will fix the defect by replacing it or confirming it. In such a case, we ask you to take a photo of the defective bag and send it to us by e-mail to sales@delikates.ro. If we consider that the product is indeed defective in material or sewing, we will replace the returned bag without any defects. The buyer is responsible for returning the defective product to our workshop.

The repaired or exchanged product will be delivered to the postal address you provided in the email. The cost of this delivery is borne by Delikates Accessories Ltd. You  can confirm the date of purchase with the notification email you received at the time of purchase, or in the case of a personal purchase with the block you received at the time of purchase.

We are unable to repair products purchased more than 6 months ago.
